Prior to Rob’s promotion to Vice President of Best Practices, he was our Director of Best Practices and has been at the forefront of the implementation of Service Department Best Practices within DuraServ. During Rob’s time implementing best practices at DuraServ’s 23 operating divisions, DuraServ has witnessed a steady increase in labor efficiency and very strong improvements in our Labor Only ROS.
