In conjunction with the promotion of John to President, Vince Sullivan will transition to a new role as our President Emeritus and Director of the DuraServ Advisory Board. In this role, Vince will advise the Executive Management Team on strategy and provide historical insight from his extensive experience in the dock and door industry.
Prior to John’s promotion to President, he was our Executive Vice President and has worked with Vince Sullivan to steadily take over the entire responsibilities of President throughout 2019. John has excelled during this transition and led the company to double digit organic sales growth and improved operational efficiency throughout 2019.
