David Iliff has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of DuraServ Corp.
David has done an exceptional job as CFO over the past four years and has actively involved himself in all facets of the business. The growth of the company, strong financial performance and organizational development over that time are largely a result of the dedicated efforts and leadership that both he and Vince have put forward.
Vince Sullivan will continue in his role as President. We have never had a stronger leadership team or organization. Jamie Gibbs will remain highly involved with the strategy and governance of the Company in the role of Chairman, but leave the operational and organizational responsibility with David and Vince.
